What types of properties do you support?+

Unique Retreats mainly supports villas, character properties, premium holiday homes, private estates and independent hospitality projects. The key factor is not only the size or apparent level of luxury of the property, but its potential, identity, environment and the vision carried by its owners.

Does a property need to already be operating?+

No. Support can take place before launch, during a renovation phase, as part of a repositioning, or when the business already exists but lacks coherence, clarity or commercial control.

Do you only work with high-end villas?+

Unique Retreats’ expertise is focused on character properties and projects seeking to develop a high-quality hospitality experience. The high-end positioning is built on coherence between the place, its identity, its experience, its level of service and the expectations of its clientele.

How do I know whether my property has real potential?+

Potential depends on location, architecture, atmosphere, market, level of preparation, possible guest experience and the ability to build a coherent offer. We can discuss all these aspects during our first conversation.

Should my property be listed on Airbnb?+

Airbnb can be a useful channel, but it should not always be the only commercial pillar. It is usually more relevant to combine platforms, specialist agencies, direct bookings and other partners depending on the property type and destination.

Is Booking.com essential?+

Not necessarily. Booking.com can provide visibility, but its use should be coherent with the type of property, target clientele, expected level of service and pricing strategy.

How can direct bookings be developed?+

Direct bookings are built on a clear identity, a credible experience, high-quality materials, trust, strong communication and sometimes a network of partners.

Are specialist agencies still useful?+

Yes, absolutely, especially for the majority of high-end properties. They can bring a more qualified clientele, particularly for villas, estates and premium stays.

Yes, we form close partnerships with concierge companies. Unique Retreats is not intended to replace on-the-ground teams, but to structure the vision, standards, coordination and priorities.

What is the difference with a concierge company?+

A concierge company manages day-to-day operations. Unique Retreats focuses more on strategy, positioning, distribution, experience, standards and overall coherence.

Can you help structure the operation?+

Yes. Support can include reflection on standards, roles, tools, partners, operational priorities and coherence between the commercial promise and the reality on the ground.

What tools are required?+

There is no single tool that works for every property or every situation. The choice of tools depends on the model, volume and ambition of the project.
