Why the IMPAQT+
Method Was Created

The high-end holiday rental market has evolved significantly in recent years.

Booking platforms have increased visibility and made it easier to reach an international audience. However, they have also standardised part of the guest experience and reinforced volume-driven models that are often disconnected from the foundations of hospitality and the long-term interests of property owners.

At the same time, traveller expectations have changed.
